The Work of the Holy Spirit
1. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness and judgement (John 16:8 KJV).
2. The Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth (John 16:13 KJV).
3. The Holy Spirit regenerates so you can become born again (John3:3 KJV).
4. The Holy Spirit glorifies Jesus Christ (John 16:14 KJV).
5. The Holy Spirit reveals Jesus Christ to you (John 16:14,15 KJV).
6. The Holy Spirit leads you (Romans 8:14 KJV).
7. The Holy Spirit sanctifies you (as you daily pray in tongues He purges you of sin to live holy) (Romans 8:26,27).
8. The Holy Spirit empowers you to witness (Acts 1:8 KJV).
9. The Holy Spirit fills you with His presence (Ephesians 5:18 KJV).
10. The Holy Spirit prays through you perfect effective prayers (Romans 8:26,27).
11. The Holy Spirit witnesses to your spirit you are a child of God (Romans 8:16 KJV).
12. The Holy Spirit produces in you the fruit of the spirit: love, joy,
peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22,23 TLB).
13 The Holy Spirit gives supernatural gifts: power, revelation and utterance gifts to minister (1 Corinthians 12:8-10 KJV).

The Purpose of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit
1. The Baptism in the Holy Spirit empowers you to overcome the world, the flesh and the devil as you live by faith ("For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith" (1 John 5:4 KJV).
2. The Baptism in the Holy Spirit empowers for service: power
to witness (Acts 1:8 KJV), power to do the works of Jesus and even
greater works (John 14:12 KJV)and power to speak God's Word with
boldness (Acts 4:31 KJV). The power to minister God's gospel message is
the chief purpose for being baptized in the Holy Spirit.
The Greek word for power is dunamis: miracle working power, abundance of strength.
3. The Baptism in the Holy Spirit empowers you to minister life.
John 7:38,39 speaks of living waters flowing out of the believer. This living water is the power that comes from the Holy Spirit within the Holy Spirit baptized Christian. This living water is to flow from you to give life to thirsty seekers of God.
4. The Baptism in the Holy Spirit empowers you to minister in the miraculous:
"And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover" (Mark 16:17,18 KJV).
"And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high" (Luke 24:49 KJV).

The Lord gave the following words to a Christian to speak out loud. The Lord encouraged the Christian to declare these words often until they became a reality in his heart. And of course the more time you spend declaring these powerful words,the quicker the results.
"There is no lack of faith with me. If I were to come to the end of my faith, then the Father gives me the very faith of Christ and it is impossible for me not to believe."
